Glory to God in the highest, and peace on earth to people of goodwill!
May the birth of Jesus Christ fill our hearts with love, peace, and hope.
May the light of the Savior illuminate our paths and inspire us to spread kindness and joy to those around us.

When the angels had left them and returned to heaven, the shepherds said to one another,
“Let us go to Bethlehem and see this event that the Lord has made known to us.”
So they went in haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby lying in the manger.
When they saw Him, they made known what had been told to them about this child.
All who heard it were amazed by what the shepherds told them.
As for Mary, she treasured all these things, pondering them in her heart.
The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all they had heard and seen, just as it had been told to them.
